We do not hold operational proxy, direct executive management rights, nor are we an official customer support desk or immediate corporate extension of any individual airline carrier. All booking adjustments, route optimization, and manual processing are executed independently on behalf of our clients.

2. Flight Reservation Request and Ticket Issuance Protocol

Any booking request, query form, or telephonic route inquiry submitted via our digital channels represents a formal administrative mandate to search, hold, and structure travel slots within Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

• No Automatic Confirmation: Submitting a request does NOT constitute a confirmed airline ticket, a locked fare contract, or an allocation of passenger inventory.
• Contractual Offer Status: Your request serves as an optimization offer. A binding travel arrangement is only established when our certified consultants manually audit the booking class, verify real-time inventory availability, process transaction clearances through IATA settlement guidelines, and formally transmit an official electronic ticket number or ATOL Certificate to your verified email address (reservation@peaceflighthub.com).

3. Real-Time Pricing and Inventory Fluctuations

Because commercial air carriers deploy dynamic revenue management algorithms, seat prices, booking class allocations, and tax components fluctuate second-by-second on central networks.

• If a specific target fare class expires or experiences pricing updates before review completion, we will contact you immediately via phone (020 8965 0364) or email to review transparent alternative routing options.
• No card authorizations or transactions will ever be executed without explicit client alignment and clear agreement on the final comprehensive price structure.

4. Comprehensive Passenger Responsibility & Documentation

Travelers hold sole individual accountability for the legal and structural parameters of their transit parameters:

• Identity Uniformity: All passenger names submitted during initialization must match the full legal spelling displayed on official international travel passports exactly. Re-ticketing or re-validating active booking files due to spelling mistakes is bound by rigid [Airline Penalty Structures] + [Real-Time Airfare Differences] + our standard administrative surcharge of £30 per passenger.
• Cross-Border Clearances: Travelers must verify, obtain, and present valid passport documents (maintaining at least 6 months of validity past the return date), relevant transit visas, electronic travel authorizations (ETA/ESTA), and health clearances mandated by destinations or transit hubs. Peace Travel and Tour Ltd holds zero liability for boarding denials resulting from documentation errors.

5. Professional Surcharges and Administrative Fee Matrices

By processing your itinerary through our desk, you acknowledge that our flat service commissions (ranging from £15 to £50 depending on routing complexity, and seamlessly integrated into your comprehensive estimate) along with our post-ticketing handling surcharges (£30 for structural date updates, manual name corrections, or cancellation processing) represent separate, private professional service fees covering our operational labor, system access, and premium phone support. These fees are independent of direct airline-imposed penalties.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions, along with all operational interactions with our bureau, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
